The top four third-place teams in Euro 2016 advance to the Round of 16.
Currently, Portugal, Slovakia, and Northern Ireland have clinched.
The fourth third place team will be either Turkey or the third place team from Group E, who are yet to play.
The reason Albania have been eliminated is because they lose the tiebreaker to Turkey: they both have the same number of points and goal difference, and Turkey beat Albania on goals scored.
The third place team from Group E could be any of the three who aren't group winners Italy, and the final points, goal difference, and goals scored of that team will decide whether it is they or Turkey who advance.
