AFC #LETME Week 1

Least Exciting To Most Exciting:

7. Washington Redskins at Houston Texans (noon CT, 1 ET, Fox: Thom Brennaman, David Diehl, and Laura Okmin)
The two worst teams from last year face off. Texans 20, Redskins 13

6. Oakland Raiders at New York Jets (1 ET, CBS: Jim Nantz, Phil Simms, and Tracy Wolfson)
Why is CBS's number one commentator team doing this game? Who knows? Maybe to avoid Jim Nantz's Patriots bias that is so prevalent when he does a Patriots game? Jets 24, Raiders 17

5. Tennessee Titans at Kansas City Chiefs (noon CT, 1 ET, CBS: Kevin Harlan and Rich Gannon)
The underrated Chiefs get Jamaal Charles back from his playoff game injury and have a healthy defense as well. Don't forget, too, about Arrowhead's loudness, almost on par with CenturyLink Field. Chiefs 40, Titans 13

4. Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens (1 ET, CBS: Spero Dedes and Solomon Wilcots)
These two teams faced off in Week 17 of last year with the Ravens controlling their own playoff destiny and failing to convert. After a third straight lost playoff game, the Bengals look to regroup, with all three other teams in the division knocking on the door in what is the tightest division in football. Ravens 23, Bengals 20

3. Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers (1 ET, CBS: Ian Eagle, Dan Fouts, and Jenny Dell)
These two teams in the AFC North are surprisingly more likely to win the division than the previous two. I expect Johnny Manziel to be starting in a few weeks, but for now: Steelers 27, Browns 13

2. New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins (1 ET, CBS: Greg Gumbel, Trent Green, and Evan Washburn)
The last time the Patriots were in Miami, Tom Brady threw a game-losing INT in the end zone late in the 4th quarter. Dolphins 21, Patriots 20

1. Indianapolis Colts at Denver Broncos (6:30 MT, 8:30 ET, NBC: Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth, and Michele Tafoya) Sunset at 7:21.
Last year, the Colts handed the Broncos their first loss of the season in Peyton's homecoming, but this time the game's at Mile High. Broncos 45, Colts 37
