NFC Week 18 scenarios

 PHILADELPHIA (13-3)

The Eagles have already clinched a playoff spot, and can still clinch:
a) the NFC East division title and
b) a first round bye.

The Eagles can clinch the NFC East division title with:
1) DAL loss/tie

The Eagles can clinch the NFC East division title and a first round bye with:
1) PHI win/tie OR
2) DAL loss/tie + SF loss/tie

SAN FRANCISCO (12-4)

The 49ers have already clinched:
a) a playoff spot and
b) the NFC West division title,
and can still clinch a first round bye.

The 49ers can clinch a first round bye with:
1) SF win + PHI loss

DALLAS (12-4)

The Cowboys have already clinched a playoff spot, and can still clinch:
a) the NFC East division title and
b) a first round bye.

The Cowboys can clinch the NFC East division title with:
1) DAL win + PHI loss

The Cowboys can clinch the a first round bye with:
1) DAL win + PHI loss + SF loss/tie

MINNESOTA (12-4)

The Seahawks have clinched nothing but can still clinch a playoff spot with:
1) SEA win + GB loss/tie OR
2) SEA tie + DET tie + WAS loss/tie

DETROIT (8-8)

The Lions have clinched nothing but can still clinch a playoff spot with:
1) DET win + SEA loss/tie OR
2) DET tie + SEA loss OR
3) DET tie + SEA tie + WAS win

AFC Week 18 scenarios

 KANSAS CITY (13-3)

The Chiefs have already clinched:
a) a playoff spot,
b) the AFC West division title, and
c) one home playoff game,
and can still clinch
a) a first round bye and
b) homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.

The Chiefs can clinch a first round bye with:
1) KC win OR
2) KC tie + BUF tie OR
3) BUF loss

The Chiefs can clinch a first round bye and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs with:
1) KC win + BUF loss/tie OR
2) KC tie + BUF loss

BUFFALO (12-3)

The Bills have already clinched:
a) a playoff spot,
b) the AFC East division title, and
c) one home playoff game
and can still clinch 
a) a first round bye and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs or
b) the right to a neutral site title game*

*if BUF finishes a half game behind KC and they play each other in the title game, it would be at a neutral site.

The Bills can clinch a first round bye and homefield advantage throughout the playoffs with:
1) BUF win + KC loss

The Bills can earn the right to a neutral site title game with:
1) BUF win OR
2) BUF tie + KC tie OR
3) KC loss

CINCINNATI (11-4)

The Bengals have already clinched:
a) a playoff spot and
b) the AFC North division title
and can still clinch
a) one home playoff game and
b) the right to a neutral site title game*

*if CIN finishes a half game behind KC and they play each other in the title game, it would be at a neutral site.

The Bengals can clinch a home playoff game with:
1) CIN win/tie OR
2) winning the coin toss with BAL after losing to BAL* OR
3) LAC loss/tie

*if CIN loses to BAL in Week 18 and the teams are set to rematch the following week, a coin toss will be conducted to determine the home site of that game.

The Bengals can earn the right to a neutral site title game with:
1) CIN win + KC loss + BUF loss

BALTIMORE (10-6)

The Ravens have already clinched a playoff spot, and can still clinch a home playoff game.

The Ravens can clinch a home playoff game with:
1) BAL win + LAC win + winning the coin toss*

*if CIN loses to BAL in Week 18 and the teams are set to rematch the following week, a coin toss will be conducted to determine the home site of that game.

LOS ANGELES (10-6)

The Chargers have already clinched a playoff spot and can clinch nothing more, but their game this weekend can impact seeding, which can determine whether or not CIN/BAL is a first round matchup, which can determine whether or not a coin toss will be conducted.

NEW ENGLAND (8-8)

The Patriots have clinched nothing but can still clinch a playoff spot with:
1) NE win OR
2) NE tie + MIA loss/tie + PIT loss/tie OR
3) MIA loss + PIT loss + JAX win/tie

MIAMI (8-8)

The Dolphins have clinched nothing but can still clinch a playoff spot with:
1) MIA win + NE loss/tie OR
2) MIA tie + NE loss + PIT loss/tie

PITTSBURGH (8-8)

The Steelers have clinched nothing but can still clinch a playoff spot with:
1) PIT win + NE loss/tie + MIA loss/tie OR
